Terms of service

These terms describe the account and service features offered on akis-solutions.com by AKIS Solutions. Questions and service concerns should be sent to account support. Information handling is explained in our privacy policy.
Accounts and private support
Provide accurate account and request information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another person, submit false payment details, attempt to access another customer’s records, or interfere with the website.
Conversations are stored in your account and refresh while the page is open. Replies depend on staff availability; the messaging feature does not promise continuous staff presence or an immediate response. Email delivery and Google sign-in are available only when their connections are active. Replies sent directly to the support mailbox may be handled separately from website conversations.
CARFAX inquiries
CARFAX report and subscription pricing is discussed privately. Submitting a VIN or quote request does not purchase a report. Confirm the price, scope and delivery arrangements with our team before placing an order or paying. CARFAX is a trademark of CARFAX, Inc.; a listing or inquiry does not establish an affiliation with CARFAX.
Vehicle gallery access
Two photos per vehicle are available without payment. Remaining photos appear as blurred previews and damage details are locked. A 15 USDT payment, manually verified in OKX, unlocks the available gallery and damage details for one VIN on the purchasing account only. A transfer submission alone does not unlock access. We do not offer gallery purchases for incomplete galleries or vehicles with two or fewer photos.
Access lasts while the listing and photos remain available. Photos may later be removed and listings may expire. Contact support to review a payment if access cannot be delivered. Image-removal requests are a separate service.
Vehicle-image removal
Existing requests retain their quoted price. New requests for the commercial image-removal service cost 100 USDT per VIN, paid through an internal OKX transfer after the request is approved. The service covers photos hosted by AKIS Solutions for that VIN. Vehicle descriptions and other vehicle information can remain visible.
Submit the VIN and explain your relationship to the vehicle and the requested removal. Staff review the request before payment. Wait for approval and follow the payment instructions in your account.
The recipient OKX UID is 563872348722903080. This is an internal OKX account identifier, not a blockchain wallet address. Confirm the recipient and amount in OKX before transferring. Card and online checkout are currently unavailable.
Submitting a transfer reference does not confirm payment. Staff verify that the quoted USDT transfer was credited, then separately authorize image removal. Approved removal blocks AKIS-hosted photos across the VIN’s listings and prevents future photo imports for that VIN. Stored copies are deleted after any active import finishes or its processing lease expires.
This service does not remove information from Copart, other websites or third-party archives, and it cannot promise an immediate change in Google’s cached content or search results. If you sent a wrong or duplicate payment, or an approved service cannot be completed, contact support with the transfer reference so we can review the payment and next steps before you send anything further.
Privacy, copyright and correction complaints can be reviewed without purchasing this commercial service.
Vehicle archive and linked services
Auction listings are saved source snapshots. Confirm vehicle condition, title, mileage, prices, sale dates and availability with the source before making a purchase decision. Displayed bids and estimates are not verified final sale prices. Viewing a listing does not reserve or purchase a vehicle.
The vehicle source and use terms also apply to the archive and its photographs, including source attribution, permitted viewing and retention. Other linked websites and payment providers operate under their own terms.
Service changes and contact
Source availability and external services can affect features and delivery. We will discuss the scope of a requested paid service before payment. If your request encounters a problem, use its private conversation or contact support so it can be reviewed.
Updates to these website terms will be posted here with an updated date. Any service-specific scope and price agreed with you should be retained in your request history.
